Inter Club

PROGRAM DISCRIPTION

Inter-Club is a developmental base program to better prepare our  athletes to move into the Provincial Trampoline Program. Athletes train 2 times 2 hrs per week.The focus is to develop body control, spacial awareness, technique in jumping. An  intoduction to combining a series of jumps and increase the conform level druning rotations. Athletes compete at 2 or 3 invitational competitions per year.

PROVINCIAL TRAMPOLINE

Provincial Trampoline  athletes train 3 times per week 2 hrs. With a balance of conditioning, flexibility, body control and skill development . Skills learned at this level can be very complex and will require hard work and determination from the athletes.   Athletes compete at 4 -6 Competitions per season.
