For children who have been in the program for a couple of years and are ready for more challenges. More exercises developing strength, coordination, flexibility and more in order to progress. 4 Year old Independent is a prerequisite. 

Babynastics (8-12 months)  Gentle gymnastics leading up to rolling, bouncing, hanging, and climbing. Focus on body awareness and gentle movements using modified equipment. *Parent participation required *

The Just jump program is for boys and girls and will help to develop the participants fitness, coordination and spatial awareness in a fun and progressive
environment. Participants will learn basic trampoline skills while working through the CanJump program - a trampoline specific level program. Enhance
your experience by adding this to another Recreation program. (Levels 1, 2 3, and 4).
