Foundations (Recreational) Gymnastics Programs

 

  We offer two streams of recreational programming.

Gymnastics Foundations

We offer recreational gymnastics programs for ages 5 - 12 years. Our classes range from introductory level, to the advanced level. Whether you are brand new to the sport, or have already mastered the basics, we have a program for you. Athletes in the Recreational program will progress through a level system comprised of 8 levels. Upon completion of all levels, athletes are eligible for the Xcel program where they will focus on routine composition to display at showcases and competitions!

Trampoline Foundations

We offer recreational trampoline programs for ages 5 - 12 years. Our classes range from introductory level, to the advanced level. Whether you just LOVE bouncing, want to learn to flip, or are brand new to a trampoline, we can find the right program for you. Athletes will progress through a level system comprised of 8 levels.
