Private & Semi Private Lessons
If you're looking to improve specific skills, are an older athlete who wants to continue training, or an adult looking to keep fit and healthy, private lessons are for you!
Each lesson is 1 hour in length and gives you the personal attention you need to succeed in your gymnastics and fitness goals.
We will match you with a coach suitable for your personal goals during days and times convenient for you!
*$40.00 Gymnastics Ontario Registration & Insurance fee will apply

Birthday Parties
Birthday Parties are available for all children ages 5+
The Ottawa Gymnastics Centre is a great place to have your birthday party! We provide a wide variety of activities for children for 1 hour in our gym, then the party moves into our Birthday Party room where you have 1 hour for food, presents and cake!
At an OGC birthday party you can look forward to jumping on the trampoline, walking across the balance beam, swinging on the bars, and hanging upside down from the rings!
The Ottawa Gymnastics Centre party packages include qualified coaches, plates, cups, napkins and cutlery in our party room, 1 hour of fun in our gym, then 1 hour in our party room!
Birthday parties are for up to 8 participants (including the birthday child). All children must be ages 5 and up. Please remember that siblings count as participants!

Parties are $285.00 for 8 participants. If you would like to request 2 additional participants for your party (increasing the total from 8 to 10 participants), please contact our front desk as soon as possible. Please note that this is an additional charge of $55.00 and approval of this request is dependent on coach availability.
Please call the front office for more information or to book a party! Parties must be booked at least 14 days before the desired date.
